Pricing and Turnaround Time

Our rates are RM25($6)/minute for same language transcription and RM30($7)/minute for translated transcription with the following turnaround time:-

< 1 hour : 1 - 2 days
1 - 3 hours : 2 - 4 days
3 - 5 hours : 4 - 7 days
> 5 hours : please contact us for quotation and estimated turnaround time

*Please note that extra 20% fast processing fee is applicable to client who request for faster processing than the designated period

How to Submit Your File to Us

To submit your audio/video, simply use one of the following options:-

Email your audio/video to info@ndynamicservice.com
Upload your audio/video via form available on our website

After receiving your file, we will send you a quotation and other details including a safe payment link. After you agree with the details and complete the payment, we will allocate your audio/video to the transcriptionist.
